Sunday, March 3rd. 3 to 5 pm. 41 N. Main St. Ashland, OR.
Come join us for a Pub Sing! Come a bit early to order food and drink. We’ll start singing by 3:15 pm.
We love pub singing for its spontaneity, rich harmonies, sense of communal participation, and above all, its energetic joy. Based on a traditional English pub sing, but with a bit of an American flavor, this session is open to all singers who want to participate, with a cappella chorus songs that are easy to learn and fun to sing. Join us for some fine old drinking songs, sea chanteys, work songs, and more. Bring a chorus song to share—anything goes as long as folks can join in.
Word sheets for choruses will be provided; not previous singing experience necessary! No admission fee, but donations are welcome.
Louie’s is a favorite family-friendly gathering place for locals and visitors alike. In a cozy atmosphere, Louie’s serves delicious pub fare (meals and shared snacks) with local and organic products, as well as beer, wine, and craft cocktails.
